Sad

So I just read Shaken, the latest in the JA Konrath Jack Daniels series. See my Goodreads review to see what I had to say about it. But what I found very sad was that there will be only one more in the Jack Daniels series and that one will be written with another author. I really like this character and series and look forward to new stories. I think five more books would easily be do-able in the series. Especially since Shaken was easily the funniest and I can never resist a good chuckle. So unless Joe Konrath changes his mind, it's a good series being flushed down the loo in my opinion. Too bad, really too bad.
